In this short video I present a powerful modern dramatization of an old story. King Uzziah was a powerful king that was blessed by the Lord…until his heart was filled with pride. Unable to see any bounds to his own authority, Uzziah entered the temple of the Lord and burned incense on the altar – an honor reserved only for the priests. As a result, he was stricken with leprosy. The imagery is striking. The outward leprosy was a visible manifestation of the inward disease of leprosy that had already infected his heart.
