Join the Million Watchmen

Our vision is to see one million Intercessors raised up to pray in a billion-soul harvest and the return of Jesus according to Matthew 24:14, “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.”

Our Vision

We believe we are living in the days of a great end-time harvest where the Lord is bringing together the ministries of Intercession and Evangelism in a dynamic way. Christ for all Nations is leading the charge with a Decade of Double Harvest initiative, which is aiming for a great multiplication of salvation through increased evangelistic efforts and mass Gospel Crusades. To complete such an assignment, we understand that intercessory prayer is a vital part of its fulfillment.

Once you sign up as one of the Million Watchmen Team, you will receive regular updates on how to pray for the Christ for all Nations ministry, as well as an invitation to join our monthly “Streams of Fire” livestream prayer meeting. During the “Streams of Fire” prayer meetings, all of the watchmen team will come together and pray for CfaN crusades, events, leaders, and the harvest of souls.

As part of the Million Watchmen Team, we ask that you also actively recruit intercessors to join the team! Simply share the registration information with friends and ministries so we can come together as one voice, in unity, for the great harvest.

In the ancient world of agrarian societies, large watchtowers were placed overlooking the fields. There, in the weeks the crops were ripening toward harvest, men would stand watch, guarding the fields from animals or from thieves who would make off with the crops. With the community’s basic food stores at stake, the watchman’s role was critical to the townspeople. (Role of a watchmen Part 1 ucg.org)

We also find several references in Scripture to a watcher mounting the city walls in times of stress to survey the scene outside the fortifications. He was situated on a spot from which he could monitor the approaches to the town. If a threat appeared, he would sound a warning and the town would shut its gates and prepare for battle. (See Ezekiel 33:3.)

The word of the Lord came to me: “Son of man, speak to your people and say to them: ‘When I bring the sword against a land, and the people of the land choose one of their men and make him their watchman, and he sees the sword coming against the land and blows the trumpet to warn the people, then if anyone hears the trumpet but does not heed the warning and the sword comes and takes their life, their blood will be on their own head.  Since they heard the sound of the trumpet but did not heed the warning, their blood will be on their own head. If they had heeded the warning, they would have saved themselves. But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet to warn the people and the sword comes and takes someone’s life, that person’s life will be taken because of their sin, but I will hold the watchman accountable for their blood.’ “Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the people of Israel; so hear the word I speak and give them warning from me. (Ezekiel 33:1-7)

In the same way, Isaiah reveals that there is a parallel between the earthly role of watchmen and a person who stands in prayer before the Lord. and that the Lord is going to raise up these “Watchmen” type spiritual Intercessors for Jerusalem for the sake of the nations receiving revelation of the knowledge of God’s will (through the proclamation of the gospel).

Isaiah 62:6-7 , “I have set watchmen on your walls o’ Jerusalem; they shall never hold their peace day or night, you who make mention of the Lord, do not keep silent, and give Him no rest until He establishes and till He makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.”

Watchers or Watchmen would stand vigil, observing the daily life of the city. He could see much of the activity in the streets and markets. He knew the people, their work, their habits and their lifestyles. If his position was near the city gate, he could also observe the business of the city transacted by its officials. Spiritual Watchmen are those who are called to watch, protect, warn, inform, proclaim, be faithful, wise, discerning, and intercede in a committed, full-time way.
